Peacebuilding & Conflict Resolution Program
Conflict affects homes, communities, and institutions — often silently.
Through this program, we promote dialogue, mediation, and reconciliation.
What We Do:

Mediation training for leaders, youth groups, and institutions
Domestic conflict resolution workshops
Town hall dialogues on coexistence
Conflict-prevention education for families and communities
Goal:
To reduce conflict, strengthen relationships, and build stable, resilient communities.

This initiative equips them with skills, confidence, and economic independence.
What We Do:
Vocational training (catering, fashion, beads, soap making, small business setup)
Entrepreneurship & financial literacy programs
Startup support and micro-grants
Youth mentorship and leadership development
Digital literacy training
Target Group:
Widows, single mothers, unemployed women, out-of-school youths, vulnerable girls.
Goal:
To break cycles of poverty and nurture independent, self-reliant individuals.
This initiative equips them with skills, confidence, and economic independence.
What We Do:

Offer basic and advanced vocational training
Support reintegration into stable communities
Collaborate with shelters, camps, and local authorities
Equip displaced individuals with tools for self-reliance
Goal:
To restore stability, build confidence, and create sustainable opportunities for displaced individuals and families.

Women of Strength — Empower Her to Rise
